Refund policy

We do not refund the costs of returning shipping fee (only the delivery shipping fee) and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item at their own costs or preferred logistic courier. Also provide us the tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If unapproved, we will notify you accordingly.

Change of mind or Exchange items

For Blind boxes items and purchases. When you receive the product, it will contain a random item from the product series. Due to the unpredictable nature of these products, we do not accept returns for blind boxes once they have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

Delivery Failed (Customer rejected delivery | Customer cannot be contact/found)

In the event that delivery attempts fail and a package is rejected, our system will automatically initiate a return process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, together with handling cost if applicable.
