Return Policy
BAD PIPER will only accept a returned product if You will notify us and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, if the items are:
Arrived damaged
(Poor package handling by logistic/courier during delivery process)
Not what you ordered
(We have mistakenly sent you the wrong item)
Are defective
(Manufacturing defects. damages that were caused during the manufacturing process.)
We recommend our customers to take continuous and non-edited video evidence of the unboxing of the delivery parcel/packaging, such video evidence is mostly preferred and recognizable by retailer and courier companies as a strong evidence.
To initiate a return request, you must first reach out to badpiperph@gmail.com or message us thru our Social Media Pages Facebook/Instagram (@badpiperph) with your order number. We will then request proof of purchase and video/photographic evidence illustrating the problem or defects.
Once the request is approved, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send back your order. Your items must be sent securely in their original packaging, including all the accessories and components that were included when you received them. Please therefore ensure you use the original packaging and use additional own packaging if necessary to safely pack and return the parcel to us.
Customer shoulders all the returning shipping fees/expenses. You are also responsible to select which courier logistics you prefer.
